Last week I was having an initial conversation with a prospective client. We were discussing the journey a client takes to find his point of clarity when it comes to his career. I mentioned that my services are free and that he didn’t need to be worried about having a big bill at the end of our coaching sessions. He responded with a simple question. ” How do you get paid?”
“This is a question I run across on an almost daily basis. I offer my coaching services for no charge. Money should not be the reason someone does not look at what their possible new life looks like. When my clients reach a point of clarity, they look at possibilities that are presented. Should they purchase a franchise business from one of the opportunities that I present, the franchise business pays me a placement fee”.
The best part of this arrangement is that I don’t know what the fee will be. This keeps me from influencing the client in any way. My entire focus is always on the client, never on the money. I know It sounds too good to be true. However, this model has been used for almost 40 years to help thousands of people take control of their career.
With the concern of expensive coaching fees out of the way, my clients focus their energy on how they can transform their lives through career ownership. Becoming an entrepreneur and gaining control of how you want to live your life is one of the best transformations a person can experience.
