You have landed here on my page because you are looking for a way out. It may be a way out of the corporate jungle, or out of a job/career that is no longer fulfilling for you. It’s ok. This is just a start. I was in your shoes only a few months ago.
I was a mid-level executive in the manufacturing/retail industry. I had worked my way from being the second man on a delivery crew for a small business to a retail salesperson, to a small business partner/shareholder and finally made my way into corporate America. The entire time, each step was a goal, that I worked hard to achieve. Lots of time missing family events, working weekends and devoting my time to the career.
In November of 2020 during the pandemic, I found myself unemployed and wondering what the future would bring. My entire career crashed, and I was wandering around picking up the pieces. Ultimately, I found a job in the same industry doing work I had done 10 years ago for less money than I made ten years ago. A definite ego buster for sure.
I worked hard at what I did because I loved having a positive impact on my coworkers and dealers. I had roles that allowed me to help other people and watch them grow as a professional and as a person.
A “The Entrepreneur Source” career coach reached out to me to discuss the possibilities of owning a business again. After many conversations and six months of planning, I took a giant leap and opened my own franchise business.
What is the reason I am telling you this? You need to know that there are possibilities out there that you may have never thought of before. The chance to be a business owner and become self-sufficient is within reach more than you know. Take the chance and spend some time chatting with me to determine if this is the right path for you. You can dust off those dreams and recover from the grind that is corporate America.
When I am not helping others achieve their goals and dreams, I am out on the water chasing trout! It is a great way to relax and remind myself that there is more to life than working hard.
