Deciding that you do not need coaching, or that you are not open to alternative career choices will cost you millions!

The journey of discovery, education, and awareness that my clients go on includes having several meetings with me as a coach as well as alternative business concepts.

In the beginning of the journey, I ask clients to not make any decisions and keep an open mind. As my clients are presented with different possibilities, most clients will make snap decisions because they can’t see themselves owning a business like that.

The resistance to a business concept usually comes down to status, image, or lack of expertise. I can’t help with status or image. Lack of expertise is not a big deal. Unlike the current job market, you don’t have to be an expert in any one industry to thrive as a business owner. Just be open minded to what’s possible and be willing to learn.

Not making a decision is crucial to the education and discovery that my clients go on during the journey. At a point in the journey, they will come to a point of clarity. This means they see that a business they are looking at becomes vehicle to get what they want and live a lifestyle they want to live.

When it becomes clear that my clients have found what that they have been looking for. Then they make the decision to move forward.

Before you decide that coaching is not right for you, go on the journey. You never know what you will discover when you are open to possibilities. Who knows, not deciding could be worth millions.
